When requesting Marantz warranty service, one of the following criteria must be met and supplied. 

-A valid proof of purchase from an authorized dealer.

-Authorized Store Stock or Demo approval.

-Written confirmation from Marantz.

Return shipping will be covered by Marantz for delivery and insurance.
