2) Enclose a copy of the original proof of purchase or a valid Store Stock request.
3) Package the unit securely! For packaging requirements please follow these guidelines.
4) Insure the package for its full amount.
5) Ship unit via a track-able courier. (i.e. UPS and FEDEX)
